  • La Paella de la Reina (Paella of the Queen)

    This is our most popular paella made by the queen of Portland Paella Project. This more traditional paella is made with Spanish chorizo, chicken, shrimp, mussels and an array of Spanish ingredients. All topped with fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs, enough to please any queen.


  • Hunter’s Paella

    This hearty paella is served with chorizo, chicken thighs, pork shoulder, mushrooms, white beans, and asparagus, topped with peppers and fresh herbs.


  • Arroz Negro (Black Rice)

    A special dish made of squid, chorizo, baby scallops, shrimp, cuttlefish ink. Served with fresh peppers, green beans, and lemon aioli. As beautiful as it is delicious.


  • Camino de Santiago Vegetariano (Vegetarian Way of Santiago)

    This all veggie paella made with rich sofrito, Spanish beans, mushrooms, hearty roasted artichokes hearts, and the freshest of local, seasonal, and delicately prepared vegetables.
